Th9细胞及其与炎症性肠病关系的研究进展

Research progress of Th9 cells and their relationship with IBD

辅助性T细胞从Th1和Th2细胞报道至今,又增加了很多新成员,如调节性T细胞(Regulatory T,Treg)、滤泡辅助性T细胞(T follicular helper cell,Tfh),以及根据其产生的特异性细胞因子而命名的Th17、Th22、Th9细胞。Th9细胞是一种新型CD4+辅助性T细胞亚群,主要分泌IL-9,在炎症性肠病等自身免疫性疾病的发生过程中起着重要作用。文中就近年来Th9细胞相关因子、共刺激信号、和其他辅助性T细胞亚群的关系以及Th9/IL-9与炎症性肠病关系的研究进展进行综述。

Helper T cells have recruited a lot of new members since Thl and Th2 cells were first reported 20 years ago, such as regulatory T cells （Treg） , follicular helper T cells （Tfh） and the cells which named after specific cytokines they themselves gener- ate Thl7, Th22 and Th9. Th9 cells are a new subset of CD4 ＋helperT cells , secreting IL-9 mainly and playing an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD and other autoimmune diseases. Here is to make a review on recent advances in Th9 cells related factors, signals, other related helper T cell subsets and their relationship with the IBD.
