论述了海绵城市的概念及发展背景,从基础设施、住宅区、公园绿地等方面,分析了海绵城市的建设要点,并结合孝义市的发展现状,提出了该市进行"小海绵"建设的建议,有助于提升地下水量,预防季节性与区域性缺水问题的发生。

With a discussion on the concept and development of sponge city,starting from aspects of fundamental facilities,residential region and green park land,the paper analyzes sponge city construction points. Combining with the development status of Xiaoyi city,it puts forward＂sponge city＂construction suggestions,which will be good for improving groundwater volume and preventing seasonal and regional water shortage problems as well.
