摘要
通过分析风景名胜区用地协调规划的基本内涵,探索了当前风景名胜区规划中所存在的问题,并从制定用地分类导则、建构动态规划体系以及健全管理体制三方面,提出了风景区用地协调规划的完善与发展建议,以有效利用风景区土地,切实保护风景资源。
According to the analysis of the basic connotation of the coordinative land use of the scenic attractions,the paper explores some problems in the planning of the attraction,and puts forward the improvement and development of the coordinative planning for the attractions from the formulation of classification guidance,establishment of dynamic planning system,and construction of sound management system,so as to have the effective use of scenic attractions and protect the landscape resources.
