谈中建文华星城项目装配式建筑设计方案的优化

Discussion on the optimization of assembly-style building design scheme of Zhongjian Wenhuaxingcheng project

结合中建文化星城住宅项目的实际情况,对该项目2号楼采用了装配式建造方式,并提出了三种拆分方案,通过对比分析各方案的优缺点,最终选取方案2进行设计施工,以达到节约造价,缩短工期的目标。

Combining with actual conditions of Zhongjian Wenhuaxingcheng residence project,the paper applies assembly-style construction method of the above-mentioned project building No. 2,puts forward three kinds of splitting scheme,and finally selects the scheme No. 2 for the design construction by comparatively analyzing their merits and defects,with a view to save cost and to shorten construction duration as well.
