摘要
针对绵阳三汇高架桥受原桥设计参数、超重超载车、支座损坏及地震等影响,第一联梁段横向偏移的问题,确立了PLC多点同步顶升系统纠偏方案,并采用钢管立柱结合承台的支撑体系,通过优化顶升纠偏技术,加强过程监控,顺利完成了梁体纠偏。
In light of the horizontal deviation problems of the first joint girder section of Sanhui viaduct in Mianyang city influenced by original bridge design parameters,over-loading and over-weight car,bearing damage and earthquake,the paper establishes PLC multi-point synchronous jacking-up system deviating scheme,and applies the bearing system by combining steel-tube vertical-column with bearing cushion. Through optimizing jacking-up deviation techniques and strengthening process monitoring,it smoothly finishes the girder deviation rectifying work.
