摘要
应用计算机三维人机互动设计软件CATIA对地铁列车司机室空间布置进行人机工程学仿真分析,包括司机脚踏板高度分析、司机室控制台下腿部活动空间分析、控制台布置分析、信号灯视野分析、紧急制动杆操作舒适度分析。经试验对比,仿真结果与试验结果一致,满足产品人性化设计。
Analysis of ergonomics simulation is made with the application of computer 3D interactive design software CATIA on the metro train cab space layout, including the analysis of driver pedal height, cab console leg-room analysis, console layout analysis, signal visual field analysis, and emergency brake handle operating comfort analysis. The test results and comparison show that the simulation results are consistent with the test results, satisfying the requirement for cab humanization design.
