消肿止痛液预防出血风险患者深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

Clinical research of prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients with bleeding risk with Xiaozhong Zhitong liquid

目的:探讨消肿止痛液对出血风险患者深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防作用。方法:126例有出血风险患者为研究对象,均行中心静脉置管,随机分成两组,对照组63例,采用单纯气压治疗加弹力袜治疗,研究组63例,下肢理疗,并加用消肿止痛液塌渍处理,观察治疗后在深静脉血栓发生率和相关实验室指标等变化情况。结果:对照组DVT发生率15.87%,研究组DVT发生率6.35%,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后PT、APTT、FIB、PLT、D-D含量水平差异无统计学意义;两组治疗前后在髌骨上10cm、髌骨下10cm周径上比较差异无统计学意义,两组治疗后VAS评分显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组下降水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿止痛液能预防出血风险患者深静脉血栓形成。

Objective：To explore the Xiaozhong Zhitong liquid in bleeding risk in patients with deep vein thrombosis prevention role.Methods：126patients with bleeding risk as the research object,all line center venipuncture,randomly divided into 2groups,control group 63 cases,using pure air pressure treatment＋stretch hose,group 63 examples,lower limb physical therapy,and treated with Xiaozhong Zhitong liquid collapse stains,observed in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after treatment and related laboratory parameters changes.Results：The control group 15.87%incidence of DVT,the team 6.35%incidence of DVT,the team was better than that of control group significantly（P〈 0.05）;in the two groups before and after treatment,PT,APTT,FIB,PLT,D-D levels were no significant differences,there was no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）;the two groups before and after treatment in patellar 10 cm,patellar next week 10 cm diameter on comparative difference was not significant,no statistical significance（P〉0.05）,two groups of VAS score decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,group decreased after treatment were significantly better than that of control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaozhong Zhitong liquid can prevent bleeding risk in patients with deep venous thrombosis.
