黄芪注射液对肺结核近期疗效、纤维化和炎症细胞因子表达的影响

Astragalus injection on the short term efficacy and the expression of fibrosis and inflammatory cytokines in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:分析肺结核(TB)治疗中黄芪注射液的应用效果及对疾病相关细胞因子的影响。方法:将68例初治TB患者随机分为对照组及治疗组两组,对照组接受单纯西药治疗,治疗组接受西药联合黄芪注射液治疗,每组34例。对比两组近期疗效,并分析两组治疗前后疾病相关细胞因子变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,而两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。同时,两组入组时HA、PC-Ⅲ、MMP-9、IL-6及IL-8比较,差异未见统计学意义,而180d治疗后,治疗组HA、PC-Ⅲ、IL-6及IL-8均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组MMP-9高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液可有效提高TB患者的近期治疗效果,其治疗机制可能与调节纤维化因子及炎症细胞因子有关。

Objective：To analyze the application effect of astragalus injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis（TB）and its effect on the related cytokines.Methods：68cases of TB patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group two groups,the control group received simple western medicine treatment,the treatment group received western medicine combined with astragalus injection treatment,34 cases in each group.The short-term effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the changes of the disease related cytokines before and after treatment were analyzed in two groups.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.At the same time,the two groups were HA,PC-,MMP-9,IL-6III and IL-8,there was no significant difference,but after 180 dtreatment,treatment group HA,PC-,IL-6III and IL-8were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,MMP-9of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Astragalus injection can effectively improve the short-term therapeutic effect of TB patients,and its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the regulation of cytokines and inflammatory cytokines.
