利福平联合阿奇霉素治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with rifampicin combined with azithromycin

目的:观察治疗难治性质的肺炎、支原体肺炎临床使用利福平联合阿奇霉素的临床治疗效果观察解析。方法:将53例以难治性肺炎支原体肺炎为诊断收入院住院治疗的患儿,随机分为使用阿奇霉素输液治疗阿奇组26例,使用利福平联合阿奇霉素治疗的联合组27例,两组均实施为期连续给药1周,停药3 d,继续给药5 d的治疗,观察并分析两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果:疗程结束后联合组总有效率为(92.59%),阿奇组总有效率为(69.23%),两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组出现少数不良反应,两组相比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.003 355,P=0.953870)。结论:针对患有难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿,使用利福平联合阿奇霉素输液治疗,可以提高临床治疗效果,减轻患儿痛苦,有在临床上普及、使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect observation of treatment of refractory nature of pneumonia, myco-plasma pneumonia clinical analysis using rifampin combined with azithromycin. Method The diagnosis of 53 cases with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosis income hospital treatment of children were randomly divided into azithromycin infu-sion therapy group 26 cases treated with azithromycin, rifampin combined with Azithromycin combined group of 27 cases, two groups were the implementation of a continuous administration of 1 weeks, 3 days after treatment, the treatment to drug 5 days, ob-servation and analysis of two groups of clinical curative effect. Results After the treatment, the total efficiency of the combination group （92. 59% ） ,Archie group in the total efficiency （69. 23% ） , the two groups compared with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. During the treatment, there were a few adverse reactions between the two groups, there was no significant difference be-tween the two groups （x^2 = 0. 003 355 ,P =0.953 870）. Conclusion For patients with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia, ri-fampin combined with azithromycin infusion therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the pain of patients, and popularization value in clinical applications.
