康艾注射液联合化疗用于中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Kangai Injection Combined with Chemotherapy for Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察康艾注射液联合化疗方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将54例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各27例。对照组采用化疗方案进行治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药康艾注射液,比较两组的近期疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组近期临床总有效率为66.67%,显著高于对照组的51.85%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组骨髓抑制发生率亦显著低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液在中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗过程中可提升疗效,减少骨髓抑制不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non - small cell lung cancer. Method 54 patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into con-trol group and observation group,27 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy;the pa-tients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Kangai injection,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 66. 67% , significantly higher than that （51. 85% ） in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） ;compared with the con-trol group,the incidence of bone marrow suppression in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0 .05 ） . Conclusion Kangai injection in patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer during chemotherapy can improve the curative effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of bone marrow suppression.
