利用GoPubMed对妊娠期高血压疾病危险因素研究的文献计量学分析

目的:通过分析妊娠期高血压疾病危险因素的研究动态,为临床研究提供理论依据。方法:利用GoPubMed检索工具,检索PubMed数据库中"妊娠期高血压疾病"和"危险因素"的相关文献(1971-2016),并对其进行统计分析。结果:共检出妊娠期高血压疾病危险因素研究文献1 346篇,2008~2016年文献发表量处于迅速增长时期。发表文献主要集中在欧洲、北美洲和亚洲;发表文献量最多的国家分别是美国、英国、中国。发文量前20位的城市多集中在欧美国家,核心研究者中目前尚无中国作者。结论:通过GoPubMed检索的结果,能较好地掌握妊娠期高血压疾病危险因素的研究动态,为临床研究提供理论依据。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical research. Method The GoPubMed database was used to retrieve the relevant literature （1971 -2016） of the “gestational hypertension disease,, and “risk factors,, in the PubMed database,and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results There were 1 346 literatures on the risk factors of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and the amount of literature published in 2008 ？2016 was in a period of rapid growth. Published literature was mainly concentrated in Europe,North America and Asia ; published the largest number of countries were the United States, the United Kingdom, China. The top 20 cities in the number of papers in Europe and the United States. There were no Chinese authers in the core researchers. Conclusion The results of GoPubMed retrieval can better grasp the risk factors of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and provide theo-retical basis for clinical research.
