按区域分组和医护同组两种护理模式在心血管病区的应用效果比较

The application result comparison of two groups nursing model for according to the regional group and medical group in the angiocardiopathy

目的:探讨按区域分组和医护同组两种护理模式在心血管病区的应用效果情况。方法:分析2015年4月~2016年4月收治的心血管疾病患者200例临床资料,依据护理模式不同进行分组,2015年4月~2015年9月为按区域分组100例和2015年10月~2016年4月为医护同组100例。观察两组护理模式工作质量评分情况、患者满意度情况及两组实施前后患者认知水平评分情况。结果:两组护理模式实施前心血管病患者认知水平评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),实施后医护同组高于按区域分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护同组的基础护理质量评分、危重患者护理质量评分及护理文书书写评分均高于按区域分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护同组的患者满意度高于按区域分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护同组在心血管病区的应用,可以提高护理工作质量,提高患者对疾病认知水平和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach result comparison of two groups nursing model for according to the regional group and medical group in the angiocardiopathy. Method The 200 cases clinical data of angiocardiopathy patients in our hospital from 2015. 4 to 2016. 4 were analyzed,which was to be divided int two groups by different nursing model,from 2015. 4 to 2015. 9 were according to the regional group 100 cases and from 2015. 10 to 2016. 4 were medical grouplOO cases. The work quality score of two groups nursing model after implement were detected, the cognitive level score of two group angiocardiopathy patients nursing model before implement and after implement were detected, the satisfaction of two group angiocardiopathy patients were detec-ted. Results The cognitive level score of two groups angiocardiopathy patients nursing model before implement and after imple-ment were detected （P 〉 0. 05） , the cognitive level score of according to the regional group and medical group after implement were higher than before implement, the cognitive level score of medical group after implement were higher than according to the regional group （P 〈0. 05） , basic nursing quality score ^critically ill patient care quality scorenursing documents writing score of medical group after implement were higher than according to the regional group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the satisfaction of regional group an-giocardiopathy patients was higher than according to the regional group, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of medical group angiocardiopathy, which could improve nursing work quality, increase disease cogni-tive level and satisfaction for patients,it is worth to be used.
