集束化干预提高PACU患者皮肤交接依从性的实践及效果

Practice and effect of bundle intervention in improving patient's skin handover compliance of PACU

目的:探讨集束化干预提高PACU患者皮肤交接依从性的实践及效果。方法:选取PACU护理人员实施集束化干预措施,对比干预前后护理人员对患者皮肤交接依从性。结果:实施集束化干预措施后,PACU患者入室皮肤交接依从性与出室皮肤交接依从性较干预前均有不同程度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对PACU护士实施集束化干预措施,可提高患者皮肤交接依从性,有效预防压疮发生,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the practice and effect of bundle intervention in improving patient＇s skin handover com-pliance of Postanesthesia Care Unit （ PACU）. Method Implementing a bundle intervention to nurses in a hospital’s PACU, and using a self - made checklis to investigate and compare the patient＇s skin handover compliance before and after the interven-tion. Results After the bundle intervention, the skin handover compliance of burglary and transfer PACU were improved compared with before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of the bundle intervention of PACU nurse can improve patient compliance of handover skin, and effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores,improve nursing quality.
