摘要
针对国产精密滚珠丝杠副产品在精度保持性与耐磨性方面试验数据缺乏、性能研究不足的问题,提出了一种基于恒定加载的精密滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验方法并进行了对比试验。与合作单位合作开发了配套的试验系统;给出了精密滚珠丝杠副各精度指标的求解方法、精度与摩擦力丧失判断依据。试验结果显示了参与试验的两种型号精密滚珠丝杠副的精度保持性和摩擦力随时间变化的趋势,对比分析出它们的优劣势并推测原因,符合实际生产经验,验证了试验方法与试验装置的有效性,为国产精密滚珠丝杠副精度保持性的提高提供了试验方法与有效试验数据。
In view of the problem that the domestic precision ball screw lacks of experimental data and per-formance research about the precision retaining ability and abrasion resistance, a precision retaining ability experimental method for precision ball screw based on constant loading is presented and executed. Coopera-ting with the cooperation and designing a complete set of experimental system, the calculation principles of precision indexes, the loss judgements of accuracy and friction about the precision ball screw are introduced. Two models of precision ball screw participated in the experiment, the experiment results show the changing trend of their precision retaining ability and friction5 s along the time, analyze their advantages and disadvan-tages by comparison, speculate the reasons, the results are consistent with the actual production experience, the validity of the experimental method and system is proved, the experimental method and theoretical basis are provided for the improvement of the domestic precision ball screw's precision retaining ability.
