摘要
文章讨论了一种新型数控曲轴高速外铣机床的总体方案及结构布局,介绍了机床高刚度的结构设计、曲轴加工专用附件的设计、适应曲轴生产线要求的设计等几个方面。制造和使用结果表明,该机床的性能参数达到了协议要求和设计指标。
This thesis introduces the master design and configuration of a new type CNC external cutter fulcrum milling machine,introduce the design of the high-rigidity structure,include the design of the crankshaft milling machine tool accessories,the design of the adapted to the crankshaft machining line requirement.the result of manufacture and operation proves that the performance parameter of this milling machine can achive project requirements and design indexes.
