摘要
为了克服供应链中的双重边际效应,提高系统协调性能,针对随机需求下由多零售商组成的分散供应链系统,引入了由回购成本和补偿收益组成的协同函数,建立了由批发价、补偿收益和回购成本组成的协同模型,给出了基于批发价和回购成本、回购成本和补偿收益、批发价和补偿收益三种协同方式,并通过案例进一步说明,作为主导方的生产商可以柔性选用其中一种或多种协同方式,通过调整满足一定协同关系的模型参数,提高分散供应链系统的绩效,实现完美协同。
This paper studies a decentralized supply chain system consisting of multiple retailers in random demand setting to reduce the double marginal effect in supply chain and improve the coordination performance of the system. A collaboration function on buy-back cost and compensation bonus is introduced and an collaboration model based on wholesale-price contract,buy-back contract and compensation contract has been set up. Then three collaboration ways are introduced based on wholesale price contract and buy-back contract,buy-back contract and compensation contract,wholesale price contract and compensation contract.Finally a numerical example is given and the results that the manufacturer as the leader could select one or more collaboration ways by adjusting the model parameters to meet the certain collaboration relationship to improve the decentralized supply chain system performance and achieve the perfect collaboration.
