摘要
试验表明超声波与洗必泰、新洁尔灭、过氧化氢、过氧乙酸及醛醇合剂对细菌芽胞具有协同杀灭作用。
Laboratory experiment indicated that combined use of ultrasonic (10 W/cm2) and chlorhexidine, bromogeramine, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid or formaldehyde -ethanol solution (mixture of equal volumes of 40% formaldehyde solution and 75% ethanol ) had synergetic germicidal effect on spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The synergetic effect was observed not only in disinfection of bacterial spores in suspension , but also in disinfection of spores on surface of articles immersed in fluid.
