On the Significance and Paths of Cultivating New-type Professional Farmer under the Background of Agricultural Modernization

新型职业农民是现代农业生产经营的主体,培育新型职业农民,既是现代农业发展的内在要求和现实需要,直接关系到将来谁去从事现代农业生产经营,又是扎实推进新农村建设的诉求,培育新型职业农民就是为新农村建设培育优秀主体。培育新型职业农民,一要完善培育体系,二要构建培育机制,包括政策保障机制、资金投入机制、农民参与机制等。

The new-type professional farmer are the subjects of modern agricultural production, it is not only the intrinsic requirement and practical development of modern agriculture which is directly related to people who will be engaged in modern agricultural production and management in the future, but also the demands of the promoting the new rural construction, which equals to cultivate outstanding subject for it. In order to cultivate the new-type professional farmer, the first is to improve the training system, the second is to build the training mechanisms, including policy guarantee mechanism, investment mechanism, farmer participation mechanism, and so on.
