皖江城市带制造业产业布局协调发展问题研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of the Layout of Manufacturing Industry in Wanjiang City Belt

2015年5月国务院正式出台《中国制造业2025》,再次把促进制造业发展放在了重要的战略位置。皖江城市带作为首个获批复的国家级承接产业转移示范区和长江经济带的重要组成部分,促进制造业协调发展具有重要战略意义。文章首先梳理了皖江城市带制造业发展现状和现有产业布局情况,并提出皖江城市带正面临赶超发展和转型升级同步发展、区域性竞争日益加剧和产业错位发展与生产性服务业有待加强等问题,最后文章从政策引导和企业创新发展两个方面给出政策建议。

In May 2015, the ＂Made in China 2025＂ strategy was formally launched by the state council , which once again put pro-moting the development in the manufacturing industry in the important strategic position. The Wan-jiang city belt, in which to promote co-ordinated development of manufacturing industry had important strategic significance, was the first approved national undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area and an important part of the Yangtze river economic belt. This paper combed the present situation and the ex-isting industry layout of the manufacturing industry in Wan-jiang city belt, and put forward the transformation and upgrading of Wan-jiang city belt facing tremendous development and synchronous development, the regional competition increasing, dislocation development of in-dustries and producer services needing to be strengthen. Finally the suggestions was given from the policy guidance and innovative develop-ment of the enterprise.
