法治是治国理政的基本方式,而国家实现法治的必备条件是治理主体要具有法治思维。所以,培养法治思维,尤其是在领导干部中培养法治思维,抓住关键少数,对于全面施行依法治国具有重大意义。而认识法治思维,理解法治思维与法律思维的区别与联系,厘清法治思维的重点与核心要义,把握法治思维的生长规律,是我们践行法治方式的逻辑起点。我们必须积极运用这些认知成果,探索法治思维的建构路径和实践模式,以服务于全面依法治国的社会法治需求。

Rule of law is the basic way of governing the country by law, and the necessary condition for the state to realize the ruleof law is that the government should have the rule of law thinking. So, training of the rule of law thinking, especially in leading cadresto develop the rule of law thinking, to seize the key few, for the full implementation of the rule of law is of great significance. Under-standing and thinking of the rule of law, understanding the difference and connection of legal thinking, clarifying the key and the coreessence of the rule of law thinking, grasping the growth rule of law thinking, are the logical starting point of the rule of law and the waywe practice. We must actively use these cognitive results, explore the rule of law thinking of the construction path and practice mode, inorder to serve the needs in the society ruled by law thoughly.
