“凝固原理”课程的可视化教学探索——面向金属材料专业 被引量:3

摘要 "凝固原理"课程是金属材料专业的专业基础课程之一。与工程材料,热处理工艺等课程有密切地联系。由于该课程内容抽象,专业名词较多,课堂上学生普遍反映难以跟上教学进度,进而产生畏难心理。为了帮助学生理解课程内容,教师结合教学实际,利用有限元数值模拟软件PROCAST,对该课程的重点和难点部分,如熔模铸造的浇注过程,晶体形貌的生长变化过程等教学内容进行了"可视化"教学建设。通过对学生课下交流及问卷调查等方式发现,在课堂教学中采取"可视化"手段以后,教学效果良好,既有效地调动了学生的学习积极性,又巩固了学生对知识点的掌握程度。但随着专业前沿理论的迅速发展,"可视化"课程建设对青年教师的知识更新程度也提出了更高水平的挑战。 The course of "solidification principle" is one of the professional basic courses majored in the metal materials. Its content is closed linked to the courses of engineering material and heat- treatment. For the abstraction and professional words in the course con-tent, students are hard to catch the progress in the class and result to a fear of this course. In order to help students understand the course content, the writer combined with teaching practice, using the finite element numerical simulation software PROCAST to build the visualization of the teaching content of the key and difficult parts, such as the pouring process in the investment casting, the grain growth in the solidification. It is found that the teaching effect is good after using the visualization method in the classroom teaching, which can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and consolidate the mastery of the knowledge points. However, with the rapid develop-ment of professional frontier theory, the course construction of the " visualization" also presents a higher level of challenge to young teachers' knowledge renewal.
