摘要 针对无人值守的安全问题,提出了一种基于一维激光线检测和二维图像面检测的跨越警戒线报警系统,视频流基于开源项目MJPEG-Streamer,图像处理采用开源计算机视觉库Open CV,硬件嵌入了Linux操作系统进行研发。系统由以下5个部分组成:一维激光线检测、二维图像面检测、无线传输实现、上位控制机软件实现、目标跨越检测和判断。通过检测运动目标与监控画面的虚拟警戒线的位置关系,结合激光检测的数据进行判断,最终得出目标是否越界的结果。经对不同天气及室内外的现场测试,室外雨天报警准确率达93%,其余环境和条件下报警准确率为100%。 For unmanned security, laser line detection for acrossing the perimeter alarm line is presented based on the one-dimensional and two-dimensional image detection. Video stream is based on the open source project MJPEG-Streamer. Image processing uses open source computer vision library OpenCV, with hardware embed-ded in Linux operating system. The system consists of the following five components: a laser l in e detect ion, two-dimensional image detection, wireless transmission, upper control software, target crossing detection and i-dentification. By detecting the moving targets and monitoring virtual cordon, final result of the target is out of range. After field testing in different weather, indoor and the outdoor, the outdoor rain alarm accuracy is up to 93% . The other condition of environment and alarm accuracy is 100% . This portable acrossing the perimeter alarm system is applicable to military installations, an important sector for cordon, railways, factories, power plants and other specific areas with a high application value.
