摘要
教学环境设计是高校人才培养的重要环节,大学教学环境的优化关乎教育目标的实现。然而,在生态学视角下,传统大学教学环境中普遍存在物理环境的教育性受限、社会环境交互氛围之民主性弱化及规范环境非生态化等问题,显然不利于大学教学的有效实施。为此,需要通过教学改革推进教学环境的生态化转型,即构建大学教学环境的生态系统,以拓展对大学教学环境的系统性认识,辨析大学教学环境的适应性和有效性问题,从而探寻改善与优化大学教学环境的策略。
It is an important part of the cultivation of talent-development to design instructional envi-ronment, which is related to the achieving of educational objectives. In the view of ecology, however, there are? ecological problems in general in traditional instructional environment in universities. And these prob-lems ,which are not good for the instruction in universities, are summarized as limiting educational functions of the physical environment, weakened democratic interaction in the social environment and non-ecological specification environment. Accordingly, it is necessary for the ecological transition of the instructional envi-ronment to construct ecological system of instructional environment in universities by the instructional re-form, in order to understand the instructional environment more systematically, analyze the adaptability and effectiveness of instructional environment and explore the reforms and improvements of instructional environment in universities.
