个案追踪法在急诊科护理安全管理中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Case Tracking Method in the Nursing Safety Management in the Department of Emergency

目的探讨个案追踪法在急诊科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月该院急诊科收治的80例患者作为该次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例给予常规护理方法,观察组40例在急诊科护理安全管理中给予个案追踪法。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组和观察组不良事件发生率分别20.0%和5.0%,对护理的满意度分别为80.0%和97.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案追踪法应用于急诊科护理安全管理中可提高护理质量,保证护理安全,值得在急诊科护理中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of case tracking method in the nursing safety management in the department of emergency. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of emergency in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing method, while the observation group adopted the case tracking method, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the incidence rate of adverse events and nursing satisfactory degree between the control group and the observation group had statistical significance(20.0%, 80.0% vs 5.0%,97.5%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case tracking method in the nursing safety management in the department of emergency can improve the nursing quality and ensure the nursing safety, which is worth promotion and application in the department of emergency.
