我国卫生支出结构与经济发展关系探讨

Study on Correlation between the Health Expenditure Structure and Economic Development in Our County

目的探讨我国卫生支出结构与经济发展的关系。方法对我国1978—2016年的卫生费用支出数据统计分析。结果经济发展的Granger因为个人现金卫生支出和社会卫生支出,经济增长和政府卫生支出之间无Granger因果关系。社会卫生支持和个人现金卫生支出因为经济发展而增加,政府卫生支出却没有增长。在我国经济发展的过程中,卫生支出增长的促进作用正在不断降低,而对于经济发展的影响,三者表现出了类似的态度。结论对卫生支出结构进行调整,对公共卫生的投入力度不断加大,促进我国经济的稳定发展。

Objective To discuss the correlation between the health expenditure structure and economic development in our county. Methods The health cost expenditure data in our country from 1978 to 2016 were counted and analyzed. Results Granger of the economic development is because of the personal cash health expenditure and social health expenditure, and there was no Granger causal correlation between the economic growth and governmental health expenditure, and with the increase of economic development, the social health support and personal cash health expenditures also increase, but the governmental health expenditure does not increase, in the economic development course in our county, the promotion effect of health expenditure growth is continuously decreasing, and the three shows the similar attitudes towards the effect on the economic development. Conclusion The adjustment of health expenditure structure and ever-increasing input force of public health promote the steady development of the economy in our country.
