临床实习阶段医学生自我效能感与专业认同感的现状及关系 被引量:4

Status and Correlation between the Self-efficacy Sense and Professional Identity Sense of Medical Colleges in the Clinical Practical Stage

摘要 目的探究实习阶段医学生的一般自我效能感与专业认同感的现状及相关性。方法采用横断面调查法,应用"一般自我效能量表"和"医学生专业认同问卷"对300名实习阶段医学生进行问卷调查,评价学生的自我效能和专业认同水平。结果实习阶段医学生的一般自我效能感平均得分为(2.52±0.44)分,专业认同平均得分为(74.06±6.57)分,均处于一般水平,男生的得分均高于女生;一般自我效能感与其专业认同总体及专业认识、专业意志、专业专业期望3个维度呈现显著的正相关,相关系数在0.386~0.489之间(P<0.05)。结论医学教育者和管理者应该重视并采取针对性的措施,提高实习阶段医学生自我效能感,进而提高学生的专业认同感。 Objective To study the status and correlation between the self-efficacy sense and professional identity sense of medical colleges in the clinical practical stage. Methods 300 cases of medical students were surveyed by the general selfefficacy scale and professional identification sense of medical students, and the levels were evaluated. Results The average scores of general self-efficacy scale and professional identification of medical colleges in the clinical practical stage were respectively(2.52±0.44)marks and(74.06±6.57)marks, in general, and the scores in males were higher than those in females, and the general self-efficacy sense had an obvious positive correlation with the general professional identification,professional awareness, professional will and professional prospect, and the correlation coefficient was between 0.386 and 0.489(P<0.05). Conclusion The medical educators and managers should attach importance and adopt the targeted measures to improve the self-efficacy sense of medical students in the practical stage thus improving the professional identification sense of students.
