2014—2015年贵州省免疫规划信息管理系统试点地区运行效果评估

Evaluation on Operation Effect of Information Management System for Im-munization Program Pilot Regions from 2014 to 2015

目的评估贵州省免疫规划信息管理系统(Information Management System for Immunization Program,IPIMS)在试点地区运行效果,为进一步规范贵州省免疫规划信息管理工作,提高工作质量和管理水平提供参考。方法选取3个市州为IPIMS试点地区,分析对比试运行和正式运行期间相关指标情况。结果试点地区通过IPIMS共收集到儿童个案2 997 550例;2014—2015年试点地区的重复个案数分别为155 670和69 627例,重卡率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=871.31,P<0.05)分别为5.71%和2.32%;2014—2015年免疫规划疫苗接种情况,累计应种分别为6 443 373和6 444 238剂次,实际接种4 703 265和4 742 367剂次,总接种率72.99%和73.59%。2014—2015年试点地区的723个接种单位有618个和707个通过儿童预防接种信息管理系统客户端软件向IPIMS上传数据,上传率分别为85.48%和97.78%,有317个和687个通过IPIMS进行了数据异地交换,分别为43.85%、95.02%。结论通过IPIMS试点地区运行,能实现局部区域内儿童预防接种个案信息的上传下载、数据共享和异地预防接种,提高儿童预防接种数据的质量和工作效率。

Objective To evaluate the operation effect of IPIMS and provide reference for further standardizing this work in Guizhou Province and improve the working quality and management level. Methods 3 cities were selected as the IPIMS pilot regions and the related indexes during the test run and formal run period were analyzed and compared. Results 2997550cases of children were collected by IPIMS, and the repeated individual cases in the pilot regions from 2014 to 2015 were respectively 155 670 and 69 627, and the difference in the repeated report had statistical significance(χ~2=871.31, P<0.05),respectively 5.71% and 2.32%, in terms of immunization programs vaccine from 2014 to 2015, 6443373 and 6444238 should be vaccinated, and 4703265 and 4742367 were vaccinated in practice, and the total vaccination rate was respectively 72.99% and 73.59%, there were 618 and 707 vaccination units in the pilot regions from 2014 to 2015 uploaded data to IPIMS by the children vaccination information management system client software, and uploading rate was respectively 85.48% and 97.78%, and there were 317 and 687 conducting the data offsite switching, respectively 43.85% and 95.02%.Conclusion The operation of IPIMS in pilot region can realize the uploading and downloading, data sharing and offsite vaccinoprophylaxis of children vaccinoprophylaxis case information in local regions and improve the quality and working efficacy of children vaccinoprophylaxis data.
