摘要 合理的奖金分配方式能够有效调动员工积极性,提高医疗质量。当前公立医院奖金分配多以收入为主导,其弊端和局限性日益显现,且不能适应医疗改革的需要。该院借鉴RBRVS方法,结合自身特点,确定了一套以工作量核算为基础、以质量控制为重点、以综合评价为手段的奖金分配方法。该文以RBRVS在超声诊断科奖金核算上的应用为例,系统介绍该方法的应用原理和步骤,并对此方法的应用效果与优势,推行中的难点进行评析。 The rational bonus allocation method can effectively motivate the enthusiasm of staff and improve the medical quality, currently, the bonus allocation takes the income as the lead in the public hospital and its shortcoming is increasing-ly reflected, failing to meet the demands of medical reform, our hospital determines a set of bonus allocation methods taking the workload accounting as the basis, quality control as the key point and general evaluation as the means combined with the RBRVS method and its own features. The paper systematically introduces the application principle and procedures and analyzes the application effect and advantages and difficult points in promotion by taking the application of RBRVS in the bonus accounting in the department of ultrasound diagnosis.
