泰安市社保卡作诊疗卡在医院应用的现状分析

Analysis of Application Status of Social Security Cards Used as the Diagnosis and Treatment Cards in the Hospital in Tai'an

目的了解泰安市社保卡作诊疗卡在医院的应用现状,发现存在的问题,给出下一步拓展应用的办法。方法以泰安市某三甲试点医院应用案例为样本,采用调查、访谈以及实地体验相结合的方法,查找问题,进行分析比较。结果泰安市社保卡作诊疗卡在医院的应用效果良好,应该加大在泰安城域内医院的拓展应用。结论以统一的技术标准,建立泰安城域基于社保卡的诊疗卡一卡通平台,实现泰安市诊疗一卡通。

Objective To know the application status of social security cards used as the diagnosis and treatment cards in the hospital in Tai’an and find out the existing issues and provide the method of further expanding application. Methods The issues were searched for by the combination of survey, interview and field experience by taking some AAA pilot hospi-tal in Tai’an as samples for analysis and comparison. Results The application effect of social security cards used as the di-agnosis and treatment cards in the hospital in Tai’an is good, and we should increase the expansion and application in the hospital in Tai’ an. Conclusion We should establish the one-card platform of diagnosis and treatment cards based on the social security cards in Tai’an and realize the diagnosis and treatment one-card in Tai’ an.
