Opinion on Rational use and Pharmacovigilance of Icathartics Chinese Herbal Pieces

目的探究泻下类中药饮片在老年患者中的合理使用与用药警戒思考。方法系统检索文献资料,整合分析老年患者临床资料,研究该类中药饮片的合理使用情况。结果明确该院2014—2015年期间泻下药病例数为240例;引起不良反应事件的主要原因有过量使用、患者自行用药、误服等。结论医疗人员需要注重合理用药,避免不良事件。

Objective To study the opinion pf rational use and Pharmacovigilance of icathartics Chinese herbal pieces. Methods The literature material was systematically retrieved and the cl in ical data of senile patients were comprehensively analyzed and the rational use situation of icathartics Chinese herbal pieces was researched. Results 2 4 0 icathartics cases were cleared from 2014 to 2015, and the major causes of adverse reaction events were overdose, self -medication of patients and taking medicine by mistake. Conclusion The medical staff need to pay attention to the rational medication and avoid the adverse events.
