精细化管理在妇科护理安全管理中的应用及效果观察

Application of Refined Management in the Nursing Safety Management in the Department of Gynecology and Observation on Effect

目的观察精细化管理在妇科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年12月期间该院未实施精细化管理的妇科患者150例及2015年1月—2016年1月期间实施精细化管理的妇科患者150例作为研究对象,对比实施前后护理记录书写错误、遗漏治疗及护理操作、护理投诉、引流管的非计划脱管以及患者满意度。结果精细化管理后护理记录书写错误率1.3%明显小于管理前的6.7%,遗漏治疗及护理操作率0.7%明显小于管理前的5.3%,护理投诉率0.0%明显小于管理前的4.0%,引流管的非计划脱管率0.0%明显小于护理前的4.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细化管理后的满意度94.7%明显高于管理前的82.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在妇科护理安全管理中的应用效果显著,具有一定的应用意义。

Objective To observe the application effect of refined management in the nursing safety management in the department of gynecology. Methods 150 cases of patients without the refined management in the department of gynecology in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 and 150 cases of patients with refined management in the department of gynecology from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and the nursing record writing errors,missed treatment, nursing operation, nursing complaint, unplanned extubation of drainage tube and satisfactory degree of patients before and after implementation were compared. Results After the refined management, the nursing record writing error rate, missed treatment and nursing operation rate, nursing compliant rate and unplanned extubation of drainage were obviously lower than those before implementation（1.3%, 0.7%, 0.0%, 0.0% vs 6.7%, 5.3%, 4.0%, 4.7%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the satisfactory degree after the refined management was obviously higher than that before implementation（94.7% vs 82.7%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of refined management in the safety management in the department of gynecology is obvious, which is of a certain application significance.
