摘要 目的建立水中五氯酚的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱测定方法。方法应用顶空固相微萃取技术对样品进行分离富集,优化顶空固相微萃取条件,采用带有ECD检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定。结果该方法测定范围为0.5~5.0 mg/L,相关系数r=0.999 6,检出限为0.13 mg/L,平均回收率97.9%~104.0%,精密度0.32%~3.62%。结论该方法操作简单、定量准确、干扰少,适用于水中五氯酚的检测。 Objective To establish the headspace solid phase micro-extraction measure method of pentachlorophenol in water. Methods The samples were isolated and enriched by the head space solid phase microextraction, and the head space solid phase microextraction conditions were optimized and the gaschromatograph with ECD detector was adopted to measure.Results The measurement range of the method was 0.5 ~5.0 mg/L, correlation coefficient r =0.999 6, detection limit was0.13 mg/L, average recovery rate was 97.9%~104.0% and precision degree was 0.32%~3.62%. Conclusion The operation of the method is simple with accurate quantification and less interference, which is suitable for the test of pentachlorophenol in water.
