潍坊市2016年献血人群ALT检测情况分析

Analysis of ALT Test Situation of Blood Donation Population in Weifang in 2016

目的了解潍坊市献血者ALT不合格率及不合格人群分布情况,探讨降低ALT不合格率的途径,减少血液报废。方法统计2016年1—12月潍坊市献血者共90 196人次的ALT检测结果,并对ALT检测指标不合格献血者按性别、年龄、体重指数、职业、学历等资料进行分析。结果 2016年潍坊地区献血人群ALT的不合格率为2.80%;男性献血者ALT的不合格率(3.96%)高于女性献血者(0.68%);25~35岁年龄段献血者的ALT不合格率最高(3.98%);随着体重指数的增加,ALT不合格率随之升高;献血者中学生的ALT不合格率最低(1.90%);高中(中技)学历献血者的ALT不合格率最高(3.23%)。不同性别、年龄、体重指数、职业、学历间均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强献血前征询和体格检查,提高ALT初筛的准确率,减少血液报废。

Objective To know the unqualified rate of ALT of blood donors in Weifang and distribution situation of unqualified population and study the way to reduce the unqualified rate of ALT and reduce the undesirable blood. Methods The ALT test results of 90 196 blood donors in Weifang from January 2016 to December 2016 were counted and the blood donors whose ALT test indexes were not qualified were analyzed according to the gender, age, weight index, occupation and academic level. Results The ALT unqualified rate of blood donation population in Weifang in 2016 was 2.80%, the unqualified rate of ALT in male blood donors was higher than that of female blood donors（3.96% vs 0.68%）, the ALT unqualified rate of blood donors aged between 25 and 35 was the highest, accounting for 3.98%, with the increase of weight, the ALT unqualified rate also increases, and the ALT unqualified rate of middle school students was the lowest, accounting for1.90%, and the ALT unqualified rate of high school and junior school blood donors was the highest, accounting for 3.23%,and the differences between different genders, ages, weight indexes, occupations and academic levels were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should enhance the consultation before blood donation and physical examination, improve the accurate rate of ALT primary screening and reduce the undesirable blood.
