摘要
目的探讨形成性评价在儿科学本科教学中的应用价值。方法选择临床医学2011级273名本科学生作为观察组,2010级283名本科学生作为对照组,观察组给予形成性评价教学,对照组给予传统教学,对比两组学生教学效果。结果观察组病历书写成绩,在理论考试中多项选择题及问答题成绩、期末考试总成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价可提高学生学习主动性,增强基础知识掌握及临床应用能力。
Objective To discuss the application value of formative evaluation in the undergraduate teaching of pediatrics.Methods 273 cases of undergraduates in the clinical medicine major in 2011 were selected as the observation group, 283 cases of undergraduates in 2011 were selected as the control group, the observation group were given the formative evaluation, while the control group were given the traditional teaching, and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results The medical record writing score, multiple-choice question and essay question scores in the theoretical examination and total score in the final examination in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The formative evaluation can improve the learning initiative of students and enhance the mastery of basic knowledge and clinical application ability.
