骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用药管理效果观察

围手术期预防应用抗菌药物,可在一定程度上降低手术切口感染发病率,不过围手术期抗菌药物滥用问题也逐步产生。根据相关的管理标准,骨科Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物加强管理后,收到了显著效果,切口感染率显著下降,且用药合理性也提升。但骨科Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用率、用药剂量过大、高档次药物选用等方面均还存在一定的问题。本研究对相关文献进行了综述,提出了预防用药管理的措施,为预防用药管理提供参考。

The preventive application of antibacterial during the perioperative period can reduce the morbidity of operation incision infection to a certain degree, however, the abuse of antibacterial during the perioperative period has gradually occur, according to the related management standards, the type Ⅰ incision during the perioperative period in the department of orthopedics has obtained an obvious effect, and the infection rate of incision decreases obviously, and the medication rationality also increases, however, the use rate of type Ⅰ incision in the department of orthopedics, excessive medication dosage and high-grade drug selection have a certain problems, and the research elaborates the related literatures, puts forwards the preventive medication management measures and provide reference for the preventive medication management.
