摘要
目的探讨分析在护理管理中应用人性化管理的必要性。方法选择人性化护理管理前后各120例患者作为研究对象,依次为对照组和观察组,比较两组护理人员的护理质量和护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量和护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理能够显著提高护理管理的护理质量,提高护理人员的满意度,具有重要的现实应用意义。
Objective To discuss and analyze the necessity of application of humanistic management in the nursing man-agement. Methods 120 cases of patients before the humanistic nursing management and 120 cases of patients after the hu-manistic nursing management were selected as the research objects and regarded as the control group and the observation group, and the nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The humanistic nursing management can obviously improve the nursing management quality and improve the satisfactory degree of nursing staff, which is of important practical application signifi-cance.
