2006-2015年国家自然科学基金论文资助儿科学课题国内发文情况分析

Analysis of Pediatrics Subject Domestic Paper Publishing Situation Supported by National Natural Science Foundation from 2006 to 2015

目的通过分析2006—2015年国家自然科学基金资助儿科学课题国内论文发表情况,从宏观角度了解国内儿科学科研实力的地区、机构、学者分布以及学术热点等研究现状。为儿科学相关工作人员申请国家自然科学基金或日常科研工作提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)全文期刊数据库,并使用Excel软件文献题录数据。结果 10年来基金论文共1 939篇,占学科论文总量的1.31%,核心期刊论文占比53.89%。北京、江苏、上海、重庆、辽宁、四川、湖北等地区的机构及学者展现较为强劲的科研实力,发文最多的机构为重庆医科大学附属儿童医院,在综合医院发文近半的局面下,专科机构力争上游,并在发文前十的机构中占据三席。研究热点集中于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤预防、婴幼儿先天性疾病的分子水平研究、手足口病等传染病以及儿童哮喘、过敏的流行病学调查等。结论国家自然科学基金论资助儿科学课题国内论文产出情况呈良性发展态势,课题热点与与国家自然科学基金发展思路较为一致,不同地区、机构的科研实力还存在着一定的不均衡性,且基金论文发表质量有待提高。

Objective To know the research statuses of regions and institutions with domestic pediatrics scientific research ability, scholar distribution and academic hotpots from the macro perspective and provide reference for the pediatrics related work staff to apply for the The National Natural Science Fund or daily scientific research work by analyzing the Pediatrics subject domestic paper publishing situation supported by National Natural Science Foundation from 2006 to 2015. Methods The CNKI ful l - text journals database was retrieved, and the data were recorded by Excel software. Results In recent ten years, there were 1 939 pieces of papers supported by foundation program in total, accounting for 1.31%, and the ratio of core periodical paper was 53.89%, and the institutions and scholars show the strong scientific research capability in Beijing, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Liaoning, Sichuan and Hubei, and the paper publishing of Children＇s Hospital Affiliated to Medical U-niversity Of Chongqing was the most, in the situation of approximately half of the paper published by the general hospital, the specialized institutions strived for the best and occupied three in the top ten institutions, and the research hotpots con-centrated on the prevention of hypoxic- ischemic brain damage in newborns, research on molecular level of inborn disease in infant and investigation of hand-foot-mouth disease and epidemiology asthma and allergies in children. Conclusion The pediatrics subject domestic paper publishing situation supported by national natural science foundation shows a benign de-velopment trend, and the subject hotpot is consistent with the development thought of national natural science foundation,and there is a certain imbalance in the scientific research capability between different regions and institutions and the qual-ity of papers supported by foundation program is improved.
