慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量影响因素调查

Investigation of Influence Factors of Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory

目的调查研究慢性盆腔炎患者的生活质量影响因素。方法选取该院自2014年10月—2016年8月在妇科收治的70例患者,随机分为患病4年以下组(A组)和患病4年以上组(B组),每组35例,进行生活质量影响因素的问卷调查。调查问卷主要内容为的一般情况、生理职能、生理功能、身体疾病、精神健康、精力、情感功能、社会功能及睡眠等9个方面。结果两组患者在一般情况和精神健康这两方面评分比较结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在其他6个方面评分比较的结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医生和患者对有影响的因素应加以重视,并且积极干预,以达到增强临床效果,延缓疾病发展的目的。

Objective To investigate the influence factors of quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods 70 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to whether the disease time of patients was more than 4 years or not, and the influence factors of quality of life was surveyed by the questionnaires, and the main contents of the questionnaires mainly included the general condition, physiological function,physical illness, mental health, energy, emotional function, social function and sleep. Results The differences in the general condition and mental health scores between the two groups were no statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the differences in scores in other aspects were obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The doctors and patients should pay attention to the influence factors and conduct the active treatment in order to enhance the clinical effect and prolong the disease development.
