糖尿病患者肺炎疫苗接种率和影响因素调查分析

目的研究糖尿病患者对肺炎疫苗接种的情况及有关影响原因。方法将该院在2015年1月—2016年12月中所受治的810例患有糖尿病患者作为该次研讨群体,并对患者的具体肺炎疫苗接种情况进行调查,以及对所接受疫苗的患者具体病例文件展开回顾性分析,并对疫苗接种的有关原因进一步探讨。结果该次研究在810例患者中有130例自愿接受肺炎疫苗接种,接种率达16.05%,对患者接种产生的原因有病程、年龄、并发呼吸道感染、学历等有关因素,而其中接种最高的是并发呼吸道感染疾病患者,接种率已达76.15%。结论糖尿病病患对于肺炎疫苗接种的意愿并不强烈,而采取疫苗接种及并发患有呼吸道感染疾病者占多数,所以应当提升对糖尿病患者其进行肺炎疫苗接种的推广力度,以疫苗接种的方式来对患者的生活质量进行改善。

Objective To study the status of pneumonia vaccination in diabetic patients and the related causes. Methods To our hospital in January 2015 to December 2016 in the treatment of 810 cases of patients with diabetes as the discussion group, and the specific pneumonia vaccination of patients situation investigation, as well as the patients accepted the vaccine in a specific case files were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant vaccination for further discussion. Results The study in 810 patients with 130 voluntary pneumonia vaccination coverage of 16.05%, of the causes of patients with vaccination course, age, concurrent respiratory tract infection, education and other relevant factors, and one of the highest inoculation is complicated with respiratory tract infection disease patients, coverage has reached 76.15%. Conclusion Diabetes patients with pneumonia vaccination will is not strong, and take the vaccination and concurrent with respiratory tract infection disease in the majority, so should improve the pneumonia vaccine in patients with diabetes promotion efforts, in a way that is vaccination to improve the quality of life of patients.
