饮食干预降低老年糖尿病患者低血糖事件发生率的效果分析

摘要 目的分析饮食干预降低老年糖尿病患者低血糖事件发生率的效果。方法选择该院66例老年糖尿病患者,利用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组各33例,对照组实行常规护理干预方法,观察组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上进行饮食干预。结果护理干预后观察组、对照组患者平均餐后和空腹指尖血糖水平明显降低,和实施护理干预之前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后观察组、对照组平均餐后和空腹指尖血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在住院期间出现1例低血糖事件,对照组出现8例(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理干预基础上加强饮食干预,有利于老年糖尿病患者血糖水平的合理控制,减少低血糖事件的发生次数,值得进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of dietary intervention on reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 66 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention,The patients in the observation group were given diet intervention on the basis of the control group. Results After one week of nursing intervention, the average postprandial and fasting fingertip blood glucose levels of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than before the implementation of nursing intervention (P 〈0.05); before and after the intervention group, the control group average postprandial And fasting blood glucose level of the fingertips was not significant difference,(P 〉0.05). There was one case of hypoglycemia in the observation group and eight cases in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention is beneficial to the reasonable control of blood glucose level and the times of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients, which is worthy of further popularization.
