发展混合所有制经济是大势所趋,而民企对此顾虑重重。混合所有制改革的目的既不是实行再公有化,也不是限制民企的经营管理权,而是在保护私有财产权的基础上发挥民企的话语权作用。国家对民企的态度和方针政策是连续的、一致的。民企参与国企混合所有制改革的机遇多于挑战。不同性质资本的混合重在有共同的目标追求和协商精神,过分强调控股权只会错失宝贵的发展机会。民企要认识到自身的不足之处,主动参与到混合所有制改革当中,以促进自身良性发展。
