尤尔根·哈贝马斯对学习的反思及其中国意义

Jürgen Habermas's reflection on learning and its implications to China

尤尔根·哈贝马斯指出,学习能够重构生活世界、提升交往能力、建立交往者的主体间性。这对我国建设学习型社会具有重要启示。在当代,学习发生了以生存为动力的学习转向以兴趣为动力的学习、个体学习转向共同体学习、学习的目的由增长知识转向培养能力三大转向。学习在当代的转向要求我们树立新的学习观:以兴趣为出发点,终身学习;重构生活世界、重塑人的内心,深度学习;学习机会更充足、平等,实现学习的全民化与社会化。

Jürgen Habermas points out that learning can reconstruct the life-world,enhance the ability of communication and establish the inter-subjectivity of the contacts,which has much enlightenment to our construction of a learning society. In the contemporary era,there are three great changes in learning,namely,a shift from the survival as the motive force of learning to the interest as the driving force of learning,a shift from the individual learning to the community learning,and a shift in the purpose of learning from the growth of knowledge to the training of ability. It is necessary to establish new learning concepts in the contemporary era as follows: lifelong learning with interest as the starting point; a reconstruction of the life-world and a remodeling of the human heart through deep learning; more learning opportunities and more equality; socialization and popularization of learning for all.
