对机械通气病人人工气道清理的最主要方法进行回顾,总结与分析了吸痰操作的最佳时机、选择合理的吸痰方式、确定合适的吸痰深度、设定吸痰负压等研究内容,对比讨论了几种特殊吸痰法的效果与优势,为今后提高机械通气人工气道清理的效果提出了建议。

It reviewed the main methods of artificial airway cleaning in mechanical ventilation pat ien ts.Itsum-marized and analyzed the best time of suction operat ion, selecting reasonable suctioning method , determining the appropriate depth of suc tion,setting up the content of suction and negative pressure,and discussed the effect and advantages of several special suction meth ods ,so as to put forward some suggestions for improving the effect of mechanical ventilation airway cleaning in the future.
