低频振动对2型糖尿病(脾虚湿阻型)病人脂联素、FFA的改善情况

Effects of Low Frequency Vibration on Adiponectin and FFA in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Spleen-deficiency and Dampness-resistance Syndrome

摘要 目的观察低频振动对于2型糖尿病(T2DM)脾虚湿阻型病人脂联素、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的改善情况。方法将40例符合西医2型糖尿病诊断标准及中医符合脾虚湿阻型的病人随机分为两组,两组均采取口服西药治疗,振动组加用低频振动治疗。分别比较每组治疗前后及两组之间的脂联素、FFA变化。结果对照组治疗前后脂联素、FFA水平未见明显变化(P>0.05),振动组治疗前后比较,脂联素、FFA水平有明显变化(P<0.05),对照组和振动组比较,脂联素、FFA水平变化明显(P<0.05)。结论低频振动可以改善T2DM(脾虚湿阻型)病人脂联素、FFA水平,明显优于单纯的西药治疗。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of low frequency vibration on adicponetin and free fatty acid (FFA) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and spleen- deficiency and dampness- resistance syndrome. Methods Forty patients T2DM and spleen deficiency and dampness resistance syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group treated with routine treatment,and treatment group treated with routine treatment plus low frequency vibration.The changes of adiponectin and FFA were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of adiponectin,FFA were decreased in treatment group,which was lower than that in control group( P 〈0.05) . Conclusion Low frequency vibration can improve adiponectin and FFA levels in patients T2DM and spleen - deficiency and dampness -resistance syndrome.
