壁板坡隧道施工技术综述

摘要 文章结合沪昆高铁云南段特长隧道——壁板坡隧道的施工实践,从大型临时设施规划、机械设备配套、施工运输、施工通风等方面进行了分析总结,壁板坡隧道工程量巨大,地质条件复杂,工期压力大,建设过程中,通过机械设备配套、优化运输、通风组织、加快平导掘进等措施,有效解决了上述困难,平导提前6个月贯通,隧道正洞及无砟轨道均按期完成,创造了我国特长铁路隧道平导单口掘进长度8000m的新记录。该隧道成功建成,对特长铁路隧道施工技术研究以及对今后类似工程施工具有较好的借鉴意义。 Combined with the construction practice of Yunnan section of Shanghai Kunming high-speed rail tunnel - Bibanpo tunnel,this paper analyzed and summarized from large temporary facilities planning,mechanical equipment,construction and transportation,construction ventilation and other aspects, complex geological conditions, time pressure,the construction process by mechanical equipment matching and optimization of transport, ventilation organization, accelerate the guiding tunneling and other measures to solve these difficulties, flat guide through 6 months in advance.The tunnel and ballastless track were completed on schedule, creating a new record of China's super long railway tunnel flat guide single tunneling length 8000m.The successful completion of the tunnel construction technology of the super long railway tunnel and the construction of similar projects in the future have a good reference.
