摘要
旋转变换器属于铁心式无线传能设备。本文提出了从磁路截面优化计算、铜铁比选择、气隙磁密的选择等方面对大功率旋转变换器进行优化设计的方法,并对一台旋转变换器磁路进行了仿真,通过仿真结果与设计值对比进一步调整优化了设计参数。介绍了旋转变换器的结构和制作工艺,其中铁心采用全新的辐射状叠积,能够适应于大功率能量传输。实例应用于一台交流同步发电机,成功替代了碳刷、滑环和直流励磁发电机,且无局部过热,获得了初步试验数据。
Rotating converter is an application of core-type wireless energy transmission. The design and optimization of the large power rotating converter were proposed. For example, using change the cross-sectional area, choosing the ratio of copper to iron and choosing the air-gap flux density etc. By contrast, the magnetic simulation was proposed to optimize parameters. The structure and fabrication technology were introduced. The core was radially laminated by silicon steel sheet to apply to large power transmission. This form of rotating converter was applied to an AC synchronous generator, and successfully replaced carbon brush, slip ring and DC excitation generator. There was no hot spot, and some experiment data were measured.
