摘要
文章主要从建立偏心运动模型、光学和电学信号处理的方式及其甄别方法等方面对新型激光校准技术进行阐述,进而建立相关校准系统的平台,并对激光在线测量信号特性及甄别方法进行了相关研究和思考,以期帮助我国新型激光校准技术取得进一步的发展。
The article mainly expounds new laser calibration technology from the establishment of eccentric motion mode, op- tical and electrical signal processing way and the screening method, and then makes a research and thinking on establishing the relevant calibration system platform,characteristics of laser online measurement signal and screening method,aiming to help the further development of new laser calibration technology in our country.
