摘要
目前的玉米联合收获机只能对某一固定行距的玉米进行收获,无法推广到对各种不同行距的玉米进行摘穗。为此文章设计了一款可以自动化调节摘穗行距的玉米收获机割台摘穗装置。此摘穗装置主要通过螺纹和螺母形成螺旋副来实现行距调节功能,通过单片机对原动力直流电机进行正转、反转以及速度控制,进而实现对摘穗单体行距的精确定位。
At present, the corn combine harvester can only on harvest corn at a fixed spacing, and cannot be promoted to dif-ferent spacing. Based on this, the paper designs an ear-picking device by automatically adjusting spacing.The device mainly ad-justs spacing by the screw and nut screw pair and realizes accurate positioning of spacing between ears by forwarding, reversing and speed-controlling of motive power DC motor with single chip microcomputer.
