摘要
随着城市建设步伐的加快,嘉兴市公交发展已由"快速增长"阶段逐步过渡到"有序发展"模式。然而嘉兴市区采取的"普惠制"公交票价体系已无法适应社会资源有效配置这一发展思路。现采用灰色关联度模型从三种备选公交票价方案中选出最优方案,进而为优化调整嘉兴市区公交票价提供思路,使有限公交资源的"有效配置"与"社会公平"两者之间达到动态平衡。
With the accelerated pace of urban construction,the model of Jiaxing urban public transport has been transformed from " rapid growth" to " orderly development". However," GSP" bus fare system adopted by Jiaxing has been unable to adapt to the development idea which aims to configure the social resources effectively. Presently,the best plan is chosen from the three bus fare options by the Grey Relational Model.What is more,it also provides ideas to the optimal adjustments of Jiaxing's bus fares,and maintains dynamic balance between the effective allocation and the social equity in limited public transportation resources.
