高职院校教学督导运行机制的优化研究

Research on Optimization of Operation Mechanism of Teaching Supervision in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职院校内涵建设和教学改革不断深化对教学督导工作提出了更高的要求,而高质量的督导工作需要科学的运行机制作为保障。文章对教学督导运行机制中的问题进行了分析,从教学督导制度设计、教学督导方式、教学信息反馈控制机制等方面提出了具体的优化思路,以促进教学督导工作系统有效的开展。

Connotation construction and continuous teaching reform in higher vocational colleges put forward higher require-ments forteaching supervision,and high quality supervision work requires scientific operation mechanism.The paper analyzes the problems in the teaching supervision mechanism and puts forward specific optimization idea from teaching supervision system de- sign, teaching supervision way, teaching information feedback control mechanism and so on in order to promote effective imple-mentation of teaching supervision system
